Cancel 60+ days before arrival to lose only the advance 50% payment. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the full payment.
Yes, parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Limited street parking is available. Shuttle service can also be arranged.
Daily breakfast chef service and housekeeping are included (except Sundays). Concierge, maintenance, and bartender services are available at extra cost.
Yes, we recommend $10–15 USD per guest per day, and 15–20% for additional chef services. Gratuity is cash only (USD or MXN).

Bookings can be made directly on our Website or over the phone. We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay. If you have another form of payment, please inquire.
Yes, our concierge can arrange airport transfers and local transportation. Pricing is available on request.
Yes, several options are available within a few miles, including an 11-bedroom house just steps away. We can provide a list upon request.
Costs are similar to the U.S. We offer grocery pre-stocking for $75 (free with any chef services booked beyond breakfast).
