Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed only when approved in advance.
6. Damage & Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required upon check-in for damages or property loss.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Unavoidable wear and tear are excluded, but deliberate or negligent damages will be charged.
7. Events, Parties, & Weddings
Events, parties, or weddings require prior written approval.
Additional fees may apply for event hosting, staffing, security, or cleaning.
Noise restrictions and local event regulations must be strictly observed.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or damages arising from your stay or use of the property, unless due to our direct negligence.
We are not responsible for loss of personal items, travel delays, weather disruptions, or force majeure events.
